As part of a presentation on decommissioned texts, a pantomimic object is retrieved from an unmarked wooden box. The presenter gently cups his hands around the object. While making a clicking noise with his tongue he brings his cupped hands to his ear, then slowly passes the object around the room, allowing participants to experience the narratives through their own hushed interactions.
